Dear Mr Alejandro,

I am writing to complain about the FZ 16 Yamaha motorcycle which I purchased from your company one week ago.

I am dissatisfied with the motorcycle that you have sold me for some reasons. Firstly, you didn´t give me the motorcycle on the agreed date. You gave me the bike two days later.

When we were doing the business, you told me that the motorcycle was fine and it didn´t  have any problem but, in fact, it had several technical and legal problems.

In only one week, I have had to purchase some new parts and also I´ve had to pay some fines that you had not paid. This has taken me a long time and money.

Finally, when you told me the Price of the bike, you told me that it was a super bargain and I thought the same but then, I regretted buying the motorcycle because with the money that I have wasted, I had bought another bike or maybe a car.

I am of the opinion that you are a swindler, so if you don´t want a trouble with the law, I suggest you return me the money.
