Dear Mr. Rueda
I am writing to you to bring your attention to the fact that I am not satisfied with the quality of services provide with the 4g package. I am talking about the services I took on March 15/2014.
I am dissatisfied with the service that I have received for a number of reasons. Firstly, having paid for my internet connection to be faster, I found that it is very slow and sometimes it crashes.
You promised me 3 months for free but I received the bill whit a month due. I don´t know why if you said to me that it was free I will start to received it in June.
Finally, in your package you had a promotion whit 3 channels for free but I can´t received them, and I called your customer support but I couldn’t received a satisfactory answer.
It´s for those reasons that I decided to write to complain to you in hopes that you solve these problems.
