Dear Mr. James,
I had bought the new Samsung camera in
your Envigado Store last Friday May 2, 2014. And, this product is defective, but
the worst is not that. I was in the store yesterday giving the product change,
but the service was horrible. This is the why I am writing you. I need express
my feelings about the situation and the bad services in your store.
The seller called Juana Sofia Gonzales did
not want to change the camera, because she believes I was broke it in an
accident, but when I was open the camera box, the camera was bad. She was so
crude and disrespectful.
I request you to change me the product and
to take measures with this seller. I don`t think it is the image that you want
to show to the public. The prices in your store it is expensive and we have
been paying for an excellent services and quality products, and I did not
receive anything of that.
I wait your answer.
