Dear Mr. Montoya,
Following our telephone
conversation last thursday, I am writing to complain about the “Smart PC 2020” which
I purchased from you in www. amazon.com five days ago.
I am dissatisfied with the
product that I have received for some reasons. Firstly, the box was opened. I
was told that I would receive it sealed and within twenty-four hours whereas in
fact it took almost three days to arrive.
Your advertisement promised that
it included 10 original CR-ROM with all the programs. However, I have inspected
the package and they are not original. Furthermore, they don’t include
videogames. I totally fail to comprehend how you can describe your offer as you
do.
Finally, I have discovered that
this device doesn’t have the best computer processing unit and it can be
purchased in Monterrey for half the price that you charge.
I am of the opinion that your
smart PC has been a total waste of my money, and demand a complete refund of
everything that I have paid.
